Ernst & Young (EY) Graduate Trainee Responsibilities

• Challenge and enhance previous procedures and approaches.
• Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the client’s environment.
• Maintain a strong client focus, develop productive working relationships with clients, and stay informed of current business/economic developments relevant to their business.
• Develop people through teamwork, integrity, and leadership.
• Contribute ideas/opinions to the team and use technology to learn and share knowledge with team members.
• Identify potential opportunities to apply EY’s knowledge and services.

Ernst & Young (EY) Graduate Trainee Program Requirements

• A First Degree from a reputable institution.
• Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• ICAN/ACCA qualification is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to teamwork.
• Integrity within a professional environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
