UNIUYO Faculty of Management Sciences notice on Medical Card Registration

The Office of the Director of Health and Welfare, Faculty of Management Sciences Students’ Association (FAMSSA), University of Uyo Chapter, has issued an important notice regarding Medical Card Registration for the current session.

​According to the statement released by Clever Sunday on behalf of FAMSSA, all students are required to participate in this exercise as it is a mandatory component of the clearance process for final-year screening.

​Registration Details & Venue

​Students are expected to visit the University Medical Centre located at the Town Campus to complete their registration. The exercise is conducted daily during the following hours:

​Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

​Cost: Completely FREE (No payment or token is required)

​Requirements for Registration

​To ensure a successful registration, students must present the following:

​Two (2) passport photographs

​Matriculation or Registration Number

​Full Name

​Special Instructions for Existing Students

​The notice further clarifies that students who have registered previously but possess old or damaged medical cards should also visit the Medical Centre to obtain a new one.

​Official Advice: FAMSSA urges all students to treat this notice as "very important" and to complete their registration promptly to avoid any complications during final-year clearance.
