FCET Gombe notice to new students on NELFUND application

The Federal College of Education (Technical), Gombe, has issued an important notice to all candidates admitted for the 2025/2026 academic session through UTME and Direct Entry into its Dual Mandate NCE and Undergraduate programmes.

The College Management directed that all newly admitted students must register and enrol for the Nigeria Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) at the Management Information System (MIS) Unit of the institution. The registration exercise is scheduled to run from Monday, 9th February to 25th February, 2026.

According to the notice, any candidate who fails to register and enrol for the loan scheme within the stipulated period will be regarded as not interested in NELFUND. Such candidates will be required to pay the full prescribed school fees along with a late registration penalty after 25th February, 2026.
