Federal Poly, Bauchi SUG announces appointment of Hostel and Off-Campus Representatives

​In a strategic move to prioritize student welfare and streamline communication regarding housing, the Students’ Union Government (SUG), under the leadership of Comrade Idris Mustapha Abubakar, has announced new appointments. The announcement was contained in a memo which reads;

 On the approval of the SUG President, I am pleased to convey the appointment of the following students as Hostel and Off-Campus Representatives:

​Sulaiman Yusuf Sulaiman – Male Hostel Representative (Civil Engineering Department)

​Yusuf Kudirat Abdullateef – Female Hostel Representative (Science and Laboratory Technology Department)

​Andrew Ali Adilimil – Off-Campus Representative I (Mechanical Engineering Department)

​Anawana Adaora Emmanuella – Off-Campus Representative II (Business Administration and Management Department)

​Your Duties shall Include:

​Serve as liaison between students and the SUG on accommodation and welfare matters

​Report issues relating to hostels and off-campus living promptly

​Engage with landlords/hostel authorities where necessary

​Mobilize and sensitize students within their constituencies

​Attend meetings and participate in the Students Consultative Forum (SCF)

​The appointees are expected to discharge their responsibilities with diligence, integrity, and commitment.
