Wairi Umaru Fed Poly notice to prospective corps members on verification of details

The Students’ Affairs Division of Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic, Birnin Kebbi, has called on all Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) to immediately verify their details following a directive from the NYSC Headquarters, Abuja.

In a circular dated 24th February 2026, the Dean of Students Affairs, Dr. Suleiman Taufiq, informed students that the institution is required to upload the Senate/Academic Board approved list to the NYSC portal by Friday, 27th February 2026.

To ensure accuracy and prevent errors that could affect mobilization, the Division has displayed an observation list at the Academic Affairs Complex for all PCMs to scrutinize.

According to the statement, students are to visit the complex as soon as possible to confirm their personal details. Any errors or omissions not corrected before the Friday deadline will affect final upload and subsequent mobilization.

“Be guided accordingly,” the Dean emphasized.

The notice applies to all PCMs slated for the NYSC Batch ‘B’ Stream I mobilization.
