Federal Poly Mubi Hostel Allocation Procedures 2020/2021

The management of the Federal Polytechnic Mubi (FPM) has released the procedure for hostel allocation for the 2020/2021 academic session.

Federal Polytechnic Mubi Hostel Allocation Procedures

1. Students present evidence of payment to the School Student Affairs Unit
2. Screening and issuance of allocation form to students with pin number
3. Students proceed to make online payment of accommodation fee through any Cyber Cafe and generate receipt of payment
4. Students proceed to Revenue Unit for confirmation payment of accommodation fee
5.  Students return to Student Affairs for allocation of bed space
6. Allocation  of accommodation starts today, Thursday 17th June 2021
7. Allocation will be strictly based on first come first served 
8. No collection  of allocation form by proxy
