The attention of the Director, Security and Related Matters has been drawn to the ongoing unauthorized campaign activities taking place within the hostels and across the Polytechnic community, particularly during this examination period.

This is to formally inform all students that campaigns for the Students' Union Government (SUG) elections have not yet commenced. Accordingly, all forms of campaign activities are strictly prohibited at this time.

A strong warning is hereby issued that no aspirant or supporter is permitted to engage in any form of campaigning within or around the Polytechnic premises until the official commencement of campaign activities is duly announced.

Any individual found violating this directive will face appropriate disciplinary action.

In view of the above, students are hereby advised that:

Any aspirant found conducting open campaigns in the hostels should be recorded, and such video evidence should be forwarded to 08153903905 for appropriate action.

All aspirants who have defaced the structures by placed campaign posters on the walls of the Polytechnic buildings are mandated to remove them on or before 7th May, 2026.

Failure to comply with these directives will attract strict disciplinary measures. Please be guided accordingly.

Thank you!
