Federal Polytechnic Oko Embarks on One Week Strike

The federal poly Oko Anambra state embarked on strike today been Monday 27th of march 2012. The ongoing strike was as the result of lecturers insisting on increase on their monthly salary.

The strike would have started last week but the lecturers gave the Federal Government/and school management a chance to listen to the situation ahead.

According to a reliable source, the strike is going to last for a week or so if the federal government don't intervene in this situation. For now student have were seen traveling to their homes.
