Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe releases ND/HND general nursing form, 2025/2026

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the ND HND General Nursing form for the 2025/2026 academic session 

REQUIREMENTS:

• JAMB score of 150 points and above
• Be 16 years and above as the date of this advert
• Be physically and Medically fit
• SSCE/GCE, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or SAISSCE (NBAIS) with at least % credits at not more than 2 sittings in:
• English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemostry and Physics

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Forms are obtainable from Wednesday, 20th August, 2025

* The forms are to be obtain at the office of the Registrar Nursing Sciences (CONS-IHS-FTH GOMBE) or the Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe Website (http://www.ft.gombe.gov.ng) via the College platform, after the paymeny of a non-refundable fee of TEN THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY, (10,000) through REMITA.

CANDIDATES ARE TO SUBMIT THEIR COMPLETED FORMS WITH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS

• Photocopies of all credentials
• * Photocopy of Receipt and Remita Receipt
• * Local Government indigine certificate
• Certificate of birth or Declaration of age
• * JAMB Print - Outs
• * (Original JAMB Result and Change of choice if any)
• SSCE Scratch cards
