Federal University of Technology, Babura online registration, 2025/2026

The Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB), Jigawa State, has issued a comprehensive directive for all newly admitted and returning students on how to complete the 2025 online registration process. The announcement was released through the Office of the Registrar.

According to the institution, students are to begin by accessing the official registration portal at https://futb.safrecords.com/login

Students are to log in using their full Application ID as the username and futb2025 as the default password. Upon successful login, they are required to immediately change their password to a new, memorable 8-character code. After updating their details, they should save the changes.

The University noted that an email prompt will appear, and students must select "Yes" to enter their valid email address.

For payment, students are to click on Fees, choose either Part-Payment or Full-Payment, and proceed with their preferred payment option—Card or Transfer. The management emphasized that once a payment is initiated, students must avoid delaying, closing, or refreshing the payment page to prevent transaction issues. After a successful payment, the system will reload back to the student’s dashboard.

The Registrar stressed that course registration is compulsory before downloading the payment receipt. Students should click on Courses, select their courses, and complete the registration. Afterward, they can scroll up and download their Course Registration Form.

Finally, students are to return to the Fees section to download their Payment Receipt, and then print both the Course Registration Form and the Payment Receipt as proof of successful registration.

The University urged all students to adhere strictly to the guidelines to ensure a smooth registration exercise.
