OSPOLY notice on resumption and payment of fees
The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has officially declared the resumption of academic activities following the Christmas and New Year break.
In an internal memorandum issued on Monday, January 5, 2026, and signed by the Registrar, Abiodum O. Oloyede, the institution welcomed all students back to campus.
The statement stressed that all bona fide students are expected to complete the payment of all prescribed fees and their registration processes promptly. Failure to do so, the Management warned, will result in sanctions.
A critical deadline was highlighted for newly admitted students. Those who have not yet paid their acceptance and school fees have until Tuesday, January 13, 2026, to comply. The Polytechnic stated that failure to meet this deadline will lead to the deletion of the students' names from the institution's portal to make room for candidates on the waiting list. The Management explicitly stated it will not entertain any appeals from candidates removed after this date.
The Registrar further emphasized that registration is a mandatory requirement for examination eligibility. Any student who fails to register in good time will not be permitted to sit for the First Semester examinations of the 2025/2026 academic session.
Students are advised to treat the notice with urgency to avoid any disruption to their academic pursuits.
