UNIUYO Faculty of Education notice to students on final deadline for course registration
The Faculty of Education, University of Uyo (UNIUYO), has issued a final two-week grace period for students with outstanding course registration forms for the 2024/2025 academic session and earlier sessions.
In a notice signed by the Dean, Professor Ime E. Emah, the Faculty directs affected students to ensure all pending course forms are duly signed at their respective Departments and the Faculty Office within the stipulated period.
Key Directives from the Notice:
1. A grace period from Monday, February 2, 2026, to Friday, February 13, 2026, is granted for the signing of all outstanding course registration forms.
2. No extension will be granted after this deadline. Students who fail to comply will bear the full consequences of their inaction.
3. Heads of Departments are requested to cooperate by identifying, scrutinizing, and signing legitimate outstanding forms to enable students to meet the deadline.
The Dean emphasized that this is the final concession to be given on the matter and urged all concerned partiesβstudents, Heads of Departments, and faculty officersβto cooperate fully to ensure a smooth closure of the registration exercise for the affected sessions.
The notice was copied to the Vice-Dean of the Faculty, all Heads of Departments in the Faculty of Education, the President of the Education Students Association (ESAN), and all Presidents of Departmental Students Associations.
