Fire razes UDUSOK female hostel (video)

A video footage has surfaced online showing the moment female students who took up accommodation in one of the hostels in Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto, were heard screaming in panic as fire razed their hostel.

From the video, we can see rooms on the top floor burning while smoke bulges out of the roof.

The cause of the inferno has not yet been revealed.
