Former JUPEB registrar and UNILAG professor dies of COVID-19 complications

A retired professor of Science Education at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Prof. Duro Ajeyalemi, has reportedly died of COVID-19 complications.

This comes a few days after a former Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Oyewusi Ibidapo-Obe, died of the same COVID-19 complications.

The deceased who was a former dean of student affairs UNILAG and the immediate past Registrar of the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB), died at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), isolation centre, Idi-Araba, in Lagos.

He retired from UNILAG in 2020 after he clocked 70 years old.
