FUD gets new Vice Chancellor

The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governing Council Federal University Dutse Alhaji Ahmed Alti has announced the appointment of Professor Abdulkarim Sabo Muhammed as the new Vice-Chancellor Federal university Dutse.

In a press briefing to jourmalists in Dutse, Alhaji Alti said thirty five professors applied and were short listed for interview and three best candidates emerged from which council chose Professor Abdulkarim Sabo Muhammed as the new VC.

The tenure of the incumbent VC, Professor Fatima Batul Muktar expires in February, 2021.

Prof. Abdulkarim who is currently the Deputy Vice- Chancellor Academic Services of the University is a distinguish professor of biotechnology
