FUDutsin-ma notice on ongoing submission of NELFUND refund application forms

This is to formally inform all students that the submission of NELFUND refund application forms is currently ongoing at the SUG Secretariat.

Students are hereby advised that submission will close on Friday, 27th March, 2026, and no application will be entertained after the stipulated deadline.

Please note that only students who have duly submitted their details will be considered.

All applicants must ensure that their forms are properly completed and duly signed before submission.

Completed forms should be submitted to any of the following SUG Executives on or before the deadline:

Students are strongly cautioned to provide only accurate and verifiable information.

Any form of false declaration or misrepresentation will attract disciplinary action in accordance with the University's regulations (Subsection 5.5(b)).
