FUE, Zaria (affiliated to UDUSOK) notice to new students on screening, matriculation

This is to notify the newly admitted 2024/2025 undergraduate students that their screening is scheduled to hold as follows:

A. SCREENING EXERCISE:

Date: Wednesday 12th to Saturday, 15th February, 2025.

Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Venue: PHE Multipurpose Hall

B. MATRICULATION CEREMONY:

Date: Tuesday, 25th February, 2025.

Time: 10:00am.

Venue: PHE Multi-purpose Hall.

C. REQUIREMENTS FOR SCREENING:

All candidates are required to present the following:

i. Original WASC/WASSC/NABTEB/SSC /Statements of results

ii. Original NCE/Diploma Statement of result/Certificate.

iii. Original State of Origin/Indigenization Certificate.

iv. Original Birth Certificate/ Declaration of Age.

v. Original Direct Entry e-registration slip.

vi. Reference letter of good conduct from a reputable person in the society, this must be on a letter head and duly stamped.

vii. Eight ( recent passport photographs on white background.

viii. Photocopies of items I – V stated above.

ix. WAEC/NECO and NABTEB Scratch cards for those who do not have Certificate. Scratch cards will be made available for interested candidates.

x. Registration Remitta for 2023/2024 payment of School fees, duly confirmed by the Bursary Department.

xi. Photocopy of JAMB Admission letter.

D. OTHER REQUIREMENTS BY THE MOTHER UNIVERSITY

➢ Payment of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N12,500) Only at the screening point for Journal, Student Handbook, Academic Gown, University I.D card and Oath Form Etc.

Note that the above requirements are compulsory for each student. You are also required to be punctual for the screening exercise, please.
