FUE Zaria screening exercise for newly admitted undergraduate students

The Federal University of Education (FUE), Zaria, through the Office of the Registrar (Academic Office), has announced the commencement of the screening and documentation exercise for all newly admitted undergraduate students for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

According to the notice, the screening exercise will take place at the Academic Office of the University and is scheduled to commence on Monday, 19th January, 2026.

Screening Requirements

All newly admitted students are required to present both originals and photocopies of the following documents:

  1. JAMB Slip and JAMB Result Slip
  2. JAMB Admission Letter
  3. University Admission Letter
  4. O’Level Certificate, Statement of Result, or Internet Printout (UTME Students)
  5. O’Level and NCE Certificates (Direct Entry Students)
  6. Birth Certificate
  7. Certificate of Indigenization
  8. Letter of Good Conduct from a Reputable Person in the Society
  9. Copy of Screening Form
  10. Evidence of Payment of Registration Fee
  11. Registration Number Printed from the University Portal
  12. Scratch Card for Verification of O’Level Result
  13. Six (6) Recent Passport Photographs

Students are advised to ensure that all required documents are complete and properly arranged to avoid delays during the screening process.
