The Federal University of Education, Zaria (formerly A.B.U.), has issued a clearance directive to all part-time students with matriculation numbers beginning with EZPP/20 who are graduating in the 2024/2025 academic session.

In a memo dated 23rd February 2026, the Office of the Director of Part-time Programmes stated that the screening exercise for the collection of NCE Statements of Result has officially commenced.

Affected students are required to submit a handwritten application letter and a comprehensive set of original documents. These include evidence of payment for result verification (₦1,000, with tellers obtainable from Room 3), payment tellers and signed course forms for NCE I to IV, a properly signed clearance form, and photocopies of admission letter, primary school leaving certificate, birth certificate, and indigene certificate.

Additionally, students must provide a letter of good conduct, a copy of the IEDF Form, photocopy or internet printout of O-Level results, scratch cards for WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/NBAIS, a matriculation oath form, and a recent passport photograph.
