FUGUS disclaimer on Fake Facebook Account in the name of Vice-Chancellor

The attention of the Vice-Chancellor, Federal University Gusau Prof Mu'azu Abubakar Gusau has been drawn to a Fake Facebook Account opened in his name by fraudsters with the intention of extorting unsuspecting members of the public. 

The general public are hereby informed that the Facebook account (Mu'azu Abubakar) being used to send request is not the Vice-Chancellor Facebook account. 

In view of the above, therfore, members of the public are advised to disregard any requests that might come from the said account. Furthermore, whoever engages him/herself with the operators of the account should have him/herself to blame
