FULOKOJA notice on Closure of Hostels for Fumigation, Routine Maintenance

Following the completion of the first semester examinations for the 2025/2026 academic session, I write to bring to the notice of all students residing in the University hostels that the University Management has approved the immediate closure of the hostels to enable for the routine maintenance works and fumigation of the hostel surroundings.

The exercise is aimed at warding off reptiles and other harmful insects that are prevalent during this season, as well as ensuring a safe and conducive living environment for students.

Accordingly, all students are required to vacate the hostels immediately and are expected to resume at the commencement of the second semester as contained in the calendar for the 2025/2026 academic session, precisely, on Tuesday, 16th June, 2026.

The University Management regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the understanding and cooperation of all students.
