FULOKOJA SUG warns against reckless driving

The Student Union Government (SUG) of Federal University Lokoja has issued a transportation notice advising students to prioritise safety while on campus.

In a statement released by the SUG Director of Transportation, Augustine Ojotule Opaluwa, students were cautioned against reckless riding, warning that anyone caught riding carelessly does so at their own risk and will bear the consequences of any resulting accidents.

The union also advised students to wait for shuttles only at designated shuttle parks and to avoid standing at the school gate while waiting for vehicles, describing the practice as dangerous.

“Your safety is our priority. Please comply accordingly,” the statement read.
