FULokoja warns new students against fraudsters/imposters

This is to inform the general public and the students of the Federal University Lokoja that the management has issued important notice regarding the activities of the fraudsters and imposters 

• Ensure you diligently monitor the payment of any charges (Acceptance fees and Scholl charges) to its successful completion as there might be fraudsters who will collect money from you and present you with a Fake payment reciept. 

Note: A copy of your payment receipt will be sent from REMITA to your registered email address on the portal as a means of confirming the successful completion of the payment process

• Beware of imposters who interact or send you SMS with promise(s) of assistance In the area of admission, registration, results processing, accommodation etc. The Federal University Lokoja maintain ps the best ethical practices in handling students matter.

• Beware of fraudsters lurking around cafes on or off campus in the handling of your ATM cards and bank details. 

• Report and fraudulent act or suspicious activities to the security unit ,Federal University Lokoja.
