FUNAI SUG notice to all 200, 300 and 400 level students

This is to inform all all 200, 300 and 400 level students that after your departmental officer has signed and stamped your ID card form, you are required to submit it to the office of the dean of students' affairs,

This applies to all students from 200 level to 400 level.

There is no need to visit the Parent's Forum office to sign ; your document will be signed at the DSA office.

Please attach the original copy of your ID card payment teller/passport to the Form.
