FUOYE announces 23rd Inaugural Lecture

The Vice chancellor of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Prof. Joshua Olalekan Ogunwole on behalf of the council and senate is pleased to invite students, faculty and academic environment to the 23rd Inaugural Lecture of the university, featuring Prof. (Mrs.) Habibat Omolara Adubiaro, a Professor of Food Chemistry.

In her lecture, "From Biodiversity to Biovalue: Compositional, Nutritional, Functional and Oleochemical Insights into Some Underutilized Plant Resources," Prof. Adubiaro will discuss the untapped potential of local flora. Her research addresses critical global challenges, including food security, nutritional optimization, and the sustainable industrial application of plant-based bio-resources.

This session is a must-attend for scholars in all sciences, especially agriculturalists, and industry stakeholders interested in the future of food chemistry.
