FUPRE Post-UTME 2025: Cut-off mark, eligibility & registration details

The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun hereby invites all candidates who scored 170 and above and applied for admission into the University as first choice in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) to apply for the Post UTME Screening Exercise.

  • Application Starts: Sunday 20th July, 2025.
  • Closing Date: Friday 22nd August, 2025.

Examination begins on Monday 25th August, 2025. Candidates need to check their individual examination date and time on their application confirmation page.

To be admitted into any of the departments in the Undergraduate programme, interested applicants must apply through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) body and have the required score for the admission session, having met the minimum 5 credit O’Level required by the department of interest in not more than two sittings in the GCE, SSCE, WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Click Make Payment, Enter JAMB Number and Click Validate. Follow the payment instructions.

2. After Payment, Click Apply Now, Enter the payment RRR Number and Click Proceed.

3. Fill the online application form carefully.

4. Verify the information entered; thereafter Click Submit, if satisfied.

5. Print the confirmation page.

6. Login with JAMB Number and Password thereafter, to monitor admission status.
