FUHSO Post-UTME/DE 2024: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

Candidate who applied for admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo, (FUHSO) for the 2025/2026 academic session, either as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or through Direct Entry (DE) are requested to register for the Post- UTME screening, starting from Monday 8 to Monday 15 September, 2025. The available programme and cut-off points are as follows:

Programmes

  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
  • Β Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pham. D.)
  • Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.)
  • Bachelor Medical Laboratory Sciences (BMLS)
  • B.Sc. Public Health and Epidemiology
  • B.Sc., Biochemistry
  • Vil B.Sc. Microbiology
  • B.Sc., Computer Science
  • B.Sc., Chemistry
  • B.Sc., Biostatics
  • B.Sc, Biological Sciences
  • B.Sc., Mathematics
  • B.Sc., Physics

The Candidates who wishes to switch from their earlier University should effect the change on the JAMB portal and select the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as university of first choice.

ELIGIBILTY

1. UTME candidate must score a minimum of 160 in their UTME and the minimum cut-off points for their chosen programmes;

Candidate must have at least five (5) credits including Mathematics and English in their Level result at not more than two (2) sittings,

All candidates must upload their O'level results on the JAMB portal;

iv. Direct Entry candidates must possesses MB or First Degree with requisite Olevel combination. The University accepts HND, NCE & OND in relevant programme for B.Sc.; Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biostatistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science & Microbiology;

v. All Direct Entry candidates MUST upload their A level result on the JAMB Portal and have it verified by their respective institutions from which they acquired the A level result,

vi. All candidates must be 16 years and above by Tuesday 30 September 2025;

vii. All candidates must ensure that the subject combination for their UTME aligns with the subject requirement for the courses they are applying for.

viii. Any candidate who wishes to change from one course to another MUST do so on the JAMB portal to be eligible for the screening exercise; and

xi. Candidates with awaiting result need not to register for the post-UTME

PRECEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

1. All candidates are required to pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2000) only for the screening through remita in favour of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (Name of service/purpose;

Student Charges);

2. Forward the evidence of payment to this email screeningfuhspgmail.com;

3. A registration link will be sent to your email;

4. Fill the online registration form, attach credentials and proof of payment; and

5. Verify and dick submit bottom to complete the registration.
