FUTA announces 189th inaugural lecture

The Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) has announced its 189th Inaugural Lecture, inviting the general public and friends of the institution to attend the academic event.

The lecture, titled “Unlocking Subterranean Secrets: Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Enhanced Gravimetric Geodesy for Detecting Underground Beneficial Graves,” will be delivered by Prof. Timothy Oluwadare Idowu, a Professor of Surveying and Geoinformatics with specialization in Gravimetric Geodesy.

Venue: Obafemi Awolowo Auditorium, FUTA

The session will be chaired by Professor Adenike Temidayo Oladiji, FAS, Vice-Chancellor of FUTA, and signed by Mr. C.O. Adeleye, Registrar. Attendees are advised to be seated by 2:45 PM.
