FUTA Appoints New Deputy Vice Chancellor

Olatunde Arayela, has been appointed the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic, Federal University of Technology, Akure.

Before his appointment, Arayela, 57, a professor of Architecture, was the Director of Academic Planning of the institution. He had also served as chairman/member of many committees in the school.

It was stated that Dr. Modupe Ajayi, said Arayela, whose appointment took effect on April 1, 2015, would be responsible for academic administration, curriculum development, examination, admissions and other senate matters.
