FUTMINNA gets multi-billion naira centre of excellence for technology development studies

The Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has granted approval for the establishment of the Research & Development Centre of Excellence for Technology Development Studies in the Federal University of Technology, Minna.

This was disclosed today, Monday, September 21, 2020, by the NCDMB General Manager, Research, Statistics and Development, Mal. Abdulmalik Halilu during the project kick-off meeting between the University’s Management, NCDMB officials and the project Consultant at the Senate Chamber, Main Campus.

The delegation from the NCDMB was received by the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Abdullahi Bala, fsssn (Walin Zazzau Suleja). 

The Vice-Chancellor later took the NCDMB officials on a tour of the designated complex approved by the University’s Management to house the Centre.
