FUTMINNA Produces 34 First Class Degrees as 3,490 Students Graduate

The Federal University of Technology (FUT), Minna, will during its 24th convocation ceremony confer various classes of degrtees to 3,490 graduands.

According to the Vice Chancellor,Prof. Musbau Akanji, the institution would confer 34 graduands with 1st class degrees, 811 with 2nd class upper, while 1,363 would receive 2nd class lower division degrees.

The VC who revelaed that the institution is currently ranked 6th in Nigeria and 57th in Africa by the Global University Ranking stated that the institution would place more emphasis towards boosting its ranking

“The university put in place appropriate measures to discourage examination malpractice.
