FUTO 2011/2012 MATRICULATION comes up Friday 24 Feb.

Greetings to all lucky, admitted student of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. It is indeed great to survive the hurdles, stress and suspense on the road to admission in FUTO.

The management, staff and students community of the great citadel of learning therefore has fixed the 2011/2012 admission year matriculation to be on the 24th of February, 2012.

As at the time of this report, statistics denoting the number of admitted students is yet to be released by the school. However, SchoolGist gathered that not much were admitted.

The students Union Government in FUTO, under the presidency of Comrade Elendu Otis have lined up a host of activities, survival trek, orientation, excursion, etc to make this year's students week fun and memorable, especially for the freshmen and women.

Collection of matriculation gowns starts tomorrow in various departments, students are expected to submit their acceptance fee payment receipt in their department before they will be given a gown.

Parents, friends, and the general public are welcome.
