FUTO SUG notice on heightened Security measures and suspension of Night classes

Due to recent kidnapping incidents and rising insecurity around FUTO, the Students' Union Government, in collaboration with University Management and security agencies, has introduced the following temporary measures effective 4th May 2026:

1. HOSTEL CURFEW:

All hostels will be locked by 8:00 PM daily. Movement after this time is restricted except for emergencies.

2. SUSPENSION OF Night ACTIVITIES:

All night classes, tutorials, and late gatherings are suspended until further notice.

3. TRANSPORTATION SAFETY:

Avoid unregistered motorcycles (okada).

Use only identifiable and registered riders wearing Apron

Avoid late-night movement.
