Garu Islamic College of Health Technology (GICHT) Courses & Requirements

1. DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION (HIT)
REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess a Minimum of Five Credit in not more than two sitting in the following subject: English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics or Chemistry and any other subjects at Credit level

2. HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (EHT)
REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess a minimum of Five Credit in not more than two sitting in the following subject: English Language, Maths, Biology and Physics and any credit in a relevant subject

3. DIPLOMA IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (EVT)
REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess three Credit in any of the following: English, Maths, Biology or Health Science, Geography, Physics, Chemistry subject in not more than two sitting

4. CERTIFICATE IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (EHA)
REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess four relevant posses in English Language, Biology or Health Science and any other Social Science subject in not more than two sitting

5. DIPLOMA IN HEALTH EDUCATION AND PROMOTION
REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess a minimum of four O’level credit in NECO/WAEC in English, Maths, Biology or Health Science and any other Science subject in not more than two sitting

6. DIPLOMA IN DENTAL HEALTH
REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess a minimum of five O’level credit in English Language, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics

7. DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH AND EXTENSION WORKER CHEW
REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess a minimum of five O’level credit in English Language, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sitting

8. DIPLOMA IN MEDICAL LABORATORY (MLT)
REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess a minimum of five O’level credit in English Language, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sitting

9. DIPLOMA PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess a minimum of five O’level credit in English Language, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sitting
