Gombe State University deadline for admission acceptance, 2025/2026

Gombe State University has released an important notice directing all newly admitted candidates to immediately accept and print their JAMB and GSU admission letters.

According to an internal memo dated 3rd December 2025 from the Office of the Registrar, candidates who have been offered admission into various degree programmes but are yet to accept their offers must do so on or before 8th December 2025. Failure to comply, the memo warns, will render the admission null and void.

The university added that candidates facing technical issues may report to the Academic Office between Wednesday, 3rd December and Monday, 8th December 2025, from 9:00am to 2:00pm daily, for assistance with acceptance and registration.

The memo, signed by Musa Sarki, Academic Secretary (for the Registrar), emphasizes that not meeting the deadline amounts to forfeiture of the admission offer.
