GOMSU notice on combined convocation ceremony

This is to formally inform the University Community that Saturday, 7th October, 2023 has been fixed for the 10, 11th, 12th and 13th Combined Convocation Ceremony. The line-up of events for the ceremony is as follows:

FRIDAY 6 OCTOBER, 2023
i. VICE-CHANCELLOR'S PRESS CONFERENCE
Time: 9:00 AM-10.00 AM
Venue: Senate Chamber

ii. COMMISSIONING OF TETFUND PROJECTS
Time: 10:00 AM-12:00 Noon

iii. CONVOCATION LECTURE
Time: 4:00 PM-6.00 PM

Venue: New Multi-Purpose Hall

Speaker: Dr. Usman Bugaje

SATURDAY 7 OCTOBER, 2023

Iv. Award of Degrees, Certificates and Conferment of Honorary Degrees

Time: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Venue: Convocation Square

The Vice-Chancellor cordially invites all members of the University Community to be part of this event. Formal Invitation cards have been dispatched to your respective Departments/ Units or Directorates.
