The SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Program is a one year intensive, immersive and hands-on program to train young talents and develop a new generation of leaders for its businesses, strategy and expansion across the oil palm value chain and edible oil industry.

Requirements for SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Program Qualification

To apply for the program candidates must have:

• 26 years or less (born in 2000 or after)
• B/B Tech degree or above in any of the areas listed below from recognized and accredited local or foreign university
  • Agriculture, Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering
  • Engineering (all relevant fields)
  • Environmental or Social Sciences
  • Finance or Accounting
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Supply Chain, Inventory or Logistics
  • Business Administration, HR, IT, or Data Analytics
• Minimum of second-upper class
• National service completed with discharge certificate
• Candidates must be computer literate, in good physical health and willing to work and live in remote rural areas.
