GSU debunks a fake circular on hostel issuance

The management of the Gombe State University wishes to inform the university community that the making rounds on social media on issuance of hostels did not emanate from the management. The circular has no relation with both school management and students affairs, the students representative council are still working on it. Furthermore students are advised to disregard any information until they hear from the council and whomever made his payment the school will not be liable. 

The circular calling for students to pay for hostels has been proved to be fake as it lacks administrative backing from the school management. 

Students, both fresh and returning are warned to be extra careful in sending their money into the anonymous MOMO PSB Bank stated in the circular.
