UNIUYO SUG guide on how to apply for NELFUND refund

This is to inform students of the University of Uyo who have experienced duplicate school fees payments due to NELFUND disbursements that they can now apply for a refund. Below is the official template and instructions for the application.

NB: THE APPLICATION LETTER MUST BE TYPED AND PRINTED. HANDWRITTEN LETTERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

REQUEST FOR REFUND OF SCHOOL FEES FOLLOWING NELFUND DISBURSEMENT

I, [Full Name], humbly write to bring to the attention of the Management a concern regarding my school fees payment for the [2025/2026] academic session. I personally paid my [semester/session] school fees of ₦[Amount Paid] prior to the disbursement of funds by the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND). Subsequently, NELFUND also paid the full session fees of ₦[NELFUND Amount] to the University, resulting in a duplicate payment.
