Heritage Polytechnic announces 17th Matriculation & 16th Convocation Ceremonies

The Rector, Sir Udoyiu Udoyiu, KJW, PhD, on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Academic Board, Staff, and Students of Heritage Polytechnic, cordially invites the general public to the institution's joint 17th Matriculation and 16th Convocation ceremonies.

The management has outlined a comprehensive week of activities to celebrate this academic milestone, starting from Saturday, 4th April, 2026.

Interdenominational Service Location: The Polytechnic Chaplaincy | Time: 9:00 AM

Monday, 6th April, 2026
Old School Day Location: Love Garden, Campus | Time: 10:00 AM

Tuesday, 7th April, 2026
Cultural Day Location: Love Garden, Campus | Time: 10:00 AM

Wednesday, 8th April, 2026
Rag Day & Pageant Night Pageant Location: Mass Comm. Auditorium | Time: 7:00 PM

Thursday, 9th April, 2026
Football Match Location: Sports Arena, Campus | Time: 4:00 PM

Friday, 10th April, 2026
Main Matriculation / Convocation Ceremonies Location: Ceremonial Ground | Time: 10:00 AM

Financial Obligations & Instructions

Students and graduands are expected to take note of the following approved fees:

• Matriculation Fee: ₦20,000
• Convocation Fee: ₦25,000
• Gown Collection: Available from 6th April, 2026, at the Administrative Building.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR HND GRADUANDS:

Attendance is strictly compulsory for all HND graduands. Please be informed that failure to attend the ceremony attracts a mandatory penalty of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000).
