Hoodlums kill a FUGASHUA lecturer, one other

A university lecturer with the Federal University, Gashua, Yobe State, Sani Muhammad Mazadu, has been killed in a clash between two rival groups popularly known as Sara Suka around Yankwaba, in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.

The lecturer died alongside a tailor, Safiyanu Sa’id, in the late hours of Monday, April 11, as a result of injuries they sustained from the clash. 

Mazadu was a lecturer at the Department of Psychology and one person has since been arrested in connection with the killings.
