IAUE 3rd batch admission list, 2025/2026

Following the completion of the screening exercise for admission into the University for the 2025/2026 academic session, which involved physical screening, biometric enrollment, and ranking based on JAMB UTME scores, the management has released the list of successful candidates admitted into various departments and faculties.

All UTME and DE candidates whose names appear on this Supplementary Admission List (Batch C) are to check the university website for clearance requirements and procedures.

Step-by-Step Guide to Accept Admission

1. Confirm Admission Status:
   Visit the JAMB CAPS portal and check your admission status.

2. Locate Your JAMB Registration Number.

3. Send SMS to Accept/Reject Admission:

   • On the phone linked to your JAMB profile, type:
     [Your JAMB Registration Number] [space] ACCEPT
     (e.g., 202551991244FA ACCEPT)

   • Send to 55019 or 66019.

4. Check for Response:
   You will receive a confirmation message showing your details.

5. Print Documents:
   After accepting, print your JAMB admission letter and UTME result slip (colored) for clearance.

6. Pay Acceptance Fee:
   Payment began Wednesday, 17th September 2025. Candidates should log into the IAUE student portal to pay and complete registration.

7. Start Clearance:
   Departmental and faculty clearance started Monday, 22nd September 2025.

8. Deadline:
   All clearance for this batch must be completed within 4 weeks of publication (by 21st November 2025).

9. Ongoing Updates:
   Additional lists will be released as JAMB approves more candidates for admission.

Note: Supplementary admissions for UTME, DE, JUPEB, and Basic programs are still ongoing.

Important Notice to Candidates Not Yet Admitted

• The JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) has been activated for IAUE 2025/2026 admissions.

• Candidates should frequently check their JAMB CAPS to monitor when they are offered admission.

Key Steps:

1. Verify O’Level Upload:
   Log into JAMB eFacility, click “Check Admission Status” → “Access my CAPS” → confirm your O’level result is uploaded.
   (Candidates with “Awaiting Result” will not be processed.)

2. Monitor Admission:
   Keep checking CAPS to know when you’re recommended or offered admission.

3. Transfer of Programme:
   Some candidates may be offered a transfer to another course. Accept or reject via the “Transfer Approval” link in CAPS.

4. Upload Results:
   UTME candidates must upload O’Level results, while DE/JUPEB candidates should upload both A’Level and O’Level results.

5. How to Check CAPS Properly:
   Use Chrome browser in desktop mode if using a phone; otherwise, you may only see a “Welcome” message.
