Importance Notice to UNIUYO Returning, Fresh Students 2013/2014:

The University of Uyo’s Senate at its 87th Meeting held on Wednesday, April 9, 2014  has approved the commencement of the 2013/2014 academic year with effect from Monday, April 28, 2014.

The registration exercise will commence on the same date.

Fresh students are to report to their respective Faculty Officers for the screening of their credentials, after which they will be cleared to pay fees at designated bank(s) before registering on-line.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE OF FRESHMEN

Original and photocopies of the following documents:
1. Academic Certificates
2. Birth Certificate
3. UTME Result
4. Post-UTME Result
5. Acceptance Fee Receipt
6. Letter of Recommendation addressed to the Registrar, University of Uyo
7. Certificate of Origin

Returning students will follow the laid down procedures for their on-line registration after the payment of approved fees. It must be stressed that registration without penalty is for a period of two weeks beginning from April 28, 2014.

Registration with penalty will commence from Tuesday, May 13, 2014 and end on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.

Students who fail to register within the two weeks stipulated period will be deemed to have forfeited their studentship/withdrawn voluntarily from the University.

All students and staff are requested to follow strictly laid down procedures for registration to ensure a smooth academic year.
