Fed Poly Bida notice to students on closure of registration portal
The Office of the Registrar at The Federal Polytechnic, Bida has issued an official memorandum regarding the upcoming closure of the institution's registration portal. All students are advised to take immediate action to ensure their academic status is secured.
The portal for the payment of registration fees is scheduled to close officially at midnight (12:00 a.m.) on Friday, 17th April, 2026.
According to the Deputy Registrar (Academics), Chief Mrs. Ruth Bawa, this closure is necessary to facilitate the following administrative processes:
- To allow students who made late payments to finalize their course registrations.
- To provide Exam Officers with the necessary time to prepare comprehensive attendance sheets for upcoming assessments.
The management has explicitly stated that the portal will not be reopened for any reason for at least two weeks following the closure. Students are urged to complete all pending transactions and registrations before the Friday deadline.
