BUK notice to students admitted in 2023/2024 but yet to complete their documentation

This is to inform students of Bayero University, 2023/2024 session who did not report for the DEAR documentation exercise are advised to visit the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) to complete their documentation.

All affected students must do so on or before Friday, 23rd January 2026.

Please take this notice seriously.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCUMENTATION EXERCISE FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT 2023/2024 STUDENTS (THOSE THAT FAILED TO COMPLETE THEIR DOCUMENTATION) ARE:

1. JAMB Admission Letter

2. BUK Admission Letter

3. JAMB Acknowledgment Slip (Direct Entry candidates only)

4. BUK Acknowledgment Slip (Direct Entry candidates only)

5. JAMB Result Slip (UTME candidates)

6. A-Level Statement of Result (Direct Entry candidates only)

7. O-Level Statement of Result and Online Printout (SSCE)

8. Result Checker Card for O-Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.)

9. Candidates who sat for NECO June/July 2019 are required to present the result checking token.

10. Primary School Leaving Certificate or Testimonial (Optional)

11. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age

12. Completed Undertaking Form

13. Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fee

14. Certificate of Medical Fitness

15. Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs
