The right candidate to head the I.T Unit must possess:

i.             SSCE/GCE O’ Level or its equivalent, Credit in five (5) subjects which must include English Language, Mathematics/ Accountancy.

ii.            B.Sc Degree/HND in Computer Science/Mathematics with good ICT skills.

iii.          A minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience with at least two (2) at a senior management level.

iv.          Job experience with a microfinance Bank is an added advantage.
