UITH College of Nursing Sciences ND/HND Nursing Form for 2026/2027 Session

 This is to invite applicants seeking admission into the College of Nursing Sciences – OND/HND [4 Years Non- Terminal] Nursing programme for year 2026/2027 academic session.

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION  

The prospective candidate should possess the following qualification/features.

1. Candidate must have written 2026 JAMB with the following subject combination; English- language, Biology, chemistry and physics.
2. Candidate should have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2026 JAMB.
3. Candidate who did not choose college of Nursing Sciences, UITH as their first choice are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited centre to effect the change of institution to College of Nursing Sciences, UITH, ILORIN as their first choice
4. Minimum of five [5] credits in English- language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings.
5. NABTEB is accepted but cannot be combined with any other O’level Certificate.
6. Candidate must not be less than 16 YEARS of age as at the time of application.
7. Candidate must not have criminal record.
8. Candidate must not have deformity of the hands.

Candidates are to upload scanned copies of the under listed on the portal during registration to purchase the application form and also come to the screening centre with hard copies.

2. JAMB change of Institution slip.
3. Original O’ LEVEL certificate.
4. Birth certificate [National population commission].
5. Print out of application form.
6. Passport photograph
7. Printout of the Remita receipt.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Applicants are to proceed to UITH website @ www.uithilorin.org.ng to fill the application form and make payment of N 10, 0000 through the Remita platform only into UITH GENERAL PURPOSE ACCOUNT.  

Post UTME Fee:N 2,000

Screening/Interviewg Fee: N 7,000

Administration Charges: N 1,000

Total: N10,000

To make the payment kindly follow the steps bellow

• Go to remita.net
• Click on Pay FGN and State TSA
• Select and click FGN Federal Government of Nigeria
• Type University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital on whom do you want to pay
• Select UITH GENERAL PURPOSE on Name of Service/Purpose
• Fill in all other information and make your payment.

After making the payment, applicant can now proceed to complete the application process. All payment receipt must be submitted to the Bursary Unit for verification of payment.

Please note that cash payment or transfer to individual accounts are not allowed.

Selection/Interview Date

• After payment is made through the Remita Platform, you can now proceed with your registration by filling the online SON FORM with the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number generated with the payment made.
• Click APPLY NOW below, then it will redirect to the interface where you will be asked to enter a VALID personal E-mail address.
• A confirmation link will be sent to the E-mail you provided during the E-mail registration.
• Login into your E-mail account by opening a new Tab in the same browser already opened.
• Click on the link sent to your E-mail by noreply@uithilorin.
• The SPBN application form will be made available for you to fill and submit.
• Select the school in the drop down menu you wish to apply for.
• Note:On the sponsor details form fields you are expected to get the scanned signature of sponsor in jpeg or png or jpg format for upload.
• Note: Each candidate is required to upload THREE TYPED AND SCANNED REFEREES, WITH THE REFEREES LETTER HEADED PAPER in jpeg or png or jpg format.
• Fill every other field on the form as required.
• After submission wait for 2 seconds as you will be directed to print or download the filled form.
• NOTE: if you do not see your printout, it means your form was not successfully submitted, so you have to refill the form
• NOTE: Please don't bring the printout to UITH.
