Kaduna COE, Gidan-waya notice to degree students on payment of school fees, orientation & matriculation

We heartily congratulate you on your admission to our institution. As you prepare to begin your academic journey with us, please note the following important information:

1. PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES: All newly admitted students MUST pay their school fees in full before the matriculation ceremony. NOTE: The registration portal will be closed on 7th February, 2026, and late registration will attract extra charges.

2. ORIENTATION: Thursday 5 February, 2026. TIME: 9am. VENUE: 300 seater Lecture Theater.

3. MATRICULATION CEREMONY: The matriculation ceremony has been scheduled to take place on: Date: Monday 9th February, 2026. Time: 9am. Venue: 300 seater Lecture Theater.

4. MATRICULATION GOWN: All students participating in the matriculation ceremony are required to pay a fee of N2,000 for the matriculation gown immediately.
