Kaduna Poly notice on NELFUND refund process
This is to inform all students of Kaduna Polytechnic that both 2024/2025 applicants who have not received their refund and current 2025/2026 applicants are required to fill the NELFUND Refunding Form to request their refund.
All affected students are to obtain and duly complete the NELFUND Refunding Form, which is available from their respective Heads of Department (HODs).
Upon completion, the form should be submitted to the HOD alongside the following required documents:
β’ Letter of Refund
School Fees Receipt
NELFUND Application Slip
β’ Photocopy of Student ID Card
Students are strongly advised to comply promptly and ensure all documents are correctly attached to avoid delays in processing.
Please note that failure to adhere to this directive may affect proper documentation and reconciliation of NELFUND disbursements.
