The Kaduna State Schools Quality Assurance Authority (KSSQAA) has officially announced an extension for the registration period of several key examinations, including the BECE, BAICE, QE, and SAIQE. This decision aims to accommodate schools that are yet to finalize their candidate registrations for the 2026 academic session.

According to a statement signed by Mrs. Christiana Nuhu Buzun, Deputy Director of the Education Resource Department, the portal is scheduled to re-open today, Monday, March 16, 2026. The Authority has emphasized that candidates who fail to register within this new window will be ineligible to sit for the upcoming examinations.

Updated Registration Timeline

  • Purchase of Registration PINs (Private Schools only): March 16 to March 24, 2026.
  • Completion of Candidate Registration (Public and Private Schools): March 16 to March 28, 2026.
  • Student Biodata Updates: The window for correcting or updating student information remains open until April 30, 2026.

All school principals, proprietors, and examination officers are advised to visit the official KSSQAA portal to complete their entries. To update student biodata, administrators should follow these steps:

  1. Visit kssqaa.org.
  2. Navigate to ExaminationSchool Representative Portal.
  3. Go to Students ManagementStudents.
  4. Select the specific student → ViewEdit Info.
